This new and complete online wealth manager offers digital asset management in combination with personal coaching by certified experts at a fixed rate regardless of the invested capital. Solution: We reinforced this Corporate Startup from ABN AMRO by jointly developing a framework for design and development and by including their team in methods for customer validation. We implemented scrum and lean innovation, and supported broadly with our experience in other ventures, including agency selections in Germany.
